Kickoff Celebration is Canceled

Due to the predicted weather, we have to cancel the kickoff celebration. We will try to reschedule some of the planned events soon.

The weigh-ins are still on. Be at the practice field at 8:00am

Chelmsford Scrimmage

Please arrive before 5:30. Be in FULL uniform tonight. If you are purchasing a new Game Jersey, wear your old one. If you dont have one we will get you one.

**If any parent can video tthe scrimmage I would greatly appreciate it. Film is the best way to find areas of improvement for the kids. I would like to be able to watch the film with the kids for Thursdays practice. So if you have a video camera and can film the game it would be great.

Bring Game Jerseys Tonight

Remember to bring (not wear) your game jerseys tonight. We will be taking photos for the Central Mass certification books. Your shirts may be used for other teams pictures as well.

We are scrimmaging Chelmsford tomorrow night. We will be starting at 5:30

Thursday Practice

Well, we have been working the boys hard physically over the first 2 weeks. On Thursday we are going to be working there minds. We will have a no equipment walkthrough practice.

We are going to review already learned roles and responsibilities. I will be asking a lot of questions and hope the boys ask a lot of questions. I keep reiterating, I would rather have them stop and ask what to do, then guess and do it wrong.

Everyone should now have a playbook. Please review and ask questions.

Finally, the Patriots 1st preseason game is on tonight at 7:30, channel 4. Practice will be finished by 7:30. Please have the boys watch at least the first half of the game. Talk with them about what they see.

Today it begins...

Allright, it is finally here. Tonight is the first night of football. Our schedule this week is Mon-Thurs nights from 6-8. Players will be wear helmets only. Next Monday Aug 10, we will start full equpment practice with full-contact.

Please be at the field by 5:45 so practice can start on time.
